Refund Policy

We work hard to make every guidebook and program worth your time. We also know that sometimes a purchase doesn't fit, and you may need to ask for a refund. This page explains when that's possible.
Eligibility
Refund requests must be made within thirty days of the original purchase date. Requests should be sent to info@dietitianruhma.com with your order number and a short note about why you are requesting the refund.
For guidebooks bought through an external store (Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy, Amazon KDP, or similar) please use that store's refund process — we don't have the technical access to reverse those charges directly.
Non-refundable items
Because guidebooks are digital and downloaded immediately, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been opened. We don't offer refunds for change of mind or for general dissatisfaction with the content.
Programs
For the Coaching Program, fees and terms are agreed on the discovery call before you enrol. If you need to end a program early for personal reasons we'll always part ways amicably and prorate any unused time on a case-by-case basis.
Process
Once a refund is approved we send the funds back to the payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow five to seven business days for the refund to settle in your account.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted outside the normal rules in exceptional cases — for example duplicate purchases made in error, technical issues that prevent access to a guidebook, or significant inaccuracies in published material. Get in touch and we'll work it out.
